A true Parisian brasserie created a long time ago by the famous chef Michel Olivier. Today, Eric Corailler concocts a beautiful food full of rural flavors : leeks with French dressing topped with a chive mayonnaise, pig’s trotters coated with bread-crumbs, andouillette “tirée à la ficelle” or farm poultry, served with vintage wines.
