In front of a delicious smoked tea, we attentively listen to the explanations of our masseuse: the meridians are connected to all the organs of the body and ensure the regulation of energies. Thus, if the meridians are blocked, it creates imbalances that lead to stress, fatigue, and disease. The applications of Tui Na far exceed the simple relaxation of a usual massage. Our masseuse then takes the time to explain in detail how she will proceed and we discover the different oils she will use. To start, she identifies the zones of tension by kneading the back and the neck and then loosens the knots one by one with a deep massage. It connects by stimulating energy points to restore circulation in the meridians. The energy is released to bring us a well-being that should last much longer than a few days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
