Anne-Sophie Pic is the only Chef at the head of a three-star restaurant in Valencia. Her second table, in Paris, La Dame de Pic is for her as a taste of Valencia.

Anne-Sophie Pic has a passion for certain ingredients, especially those from the South that she loves so much, but she is always looking for new products to create new associations. For her, the only thing that counts is balance, the source of all the pleasures of taste, and to find it, she never ceases to explore all the ancestral or gastronomic traditions of the world. She offers here an overview of her creations and each of her Menus is a reflection of gourmet and refined cuisine. His plates are, before any tasting, a table that delights the eye.

Anne-Sophie Pic est la seule Chef à la tête d’un Trois Etoiles dans son restaurant de Valence. Sa deuxième table, à Paris, La Dame de Pic est pour elle comme un avant-goût de Valence.

Anne-Sophie Pic voue une passion à certains ingrédients, notamment ceux du Sud qu’elle aime tant, mais elle est toujours à la recherche de nouveaux produits pour créer des associations inédites. Pour elle, seul compte l’équilibre, source de tous les plaisirs gustatifs, et pour le trouver, elle ne cesse d’explorer toutes les traditions ancestrales ou gastronomiques du monde. Elle propose ici un tour d’horizon de ses créations et chacun de ses Menus est le reflet d’une cuisine gourmande et épurée. Ses assiettes sont, elles, avant toute dégustation, un tableau qui ravit l’oeil.
