FREDDY’S

Named to send a nod to the grandfather of Drew Harré (the creator of the place, with Juan Sanchez, but also Semilla or Fish), who nicknamed any person whose name he did not remember. The spirit of the place is at the party: we remake the world until the end of the night, we laugh there, we dance, sometimes the discussions continue even to the sidewalk when the place is crowded, but Freddy’s is first a gastronomic wine and tapas bar created by the Chef of Semilla, Eric Trochon and Hitoshi Minatani. An absolute treat for the taste buds as for the spirit.

Nommé ainsi pour adresser un clin d’œil au grand-père de Drew Harré (le créateur du lieu, avec Juan Sanchez, mais aussi de Semilla ou de Fish), qui surnommait ainsi toute personne dont il ne retenait pas le prénom. L’esprit du lieu est à la fête : on y refait le monde jusqu’au bout de la nuit, on y rit, on y danse, parfois les discussions se poursuivent même jusque sur le trottoir quand le lieu est bondé, mais Freddy’s est d’abord un bar à vins et à tapas gastronomiques créés par le Chef du Semilla, Eric Trochon et par Hitoshi Minatani. Un régal absolu pour les papilles comme pour l’esprit.
