A huge marble bar ten meters long under a splendid original fresco by Adrien Karbowsky, here is the original décor of the bar of the Lutetia, which pays tribute to Josephine Baker on a jazz background. Chef Shaker Nicola Battafarano officiates here brilliantly by creating famous cocktails such as the Rive Gauche (vodka, St-Germain, citrus and celery shrub, champagne) or by revisiting all the classics. A very nice place to start the evening.
The new address of Cyril Lignac rue du Dragon. A bar as we love them, intimate and warm where you can have a drink before going to dinner or later to go dancing. Designed by Studio KO like all the chef’s other places, you can enjoy new cocktails accompanied by a delicious tarama or a hint of caviar.
Less known than its historic neighbor, the Hemingway Bar, the Ritz Bar, with its bistro spirit and its Art Deco-style decor, is undoubtedly more casual and friendly. But it remains a place of insiders, prized at the time of the first cocktails as the one of the last. The various and varied beverages are obviously perfect, like his neighbor, and to accompany them we nibble delicious tapas or dishes to share, with a soundtrack in the background very Ritzy.

You are entering a legendary place which name owes nothing to chance as Hemingway was a regular there. Head bartender Colin Field enjoys global fame for his cocktails. But the reason why we keep coming is because of the intimate atmosphere, to be savoured early in the evening as well as when the night ends.
Decorated by Jacques Garcia in pure Napoleon III style with its multiple red hues, lights, wood panels and gilding, the Costes has cultivated star status for 25 years.
The restaurant is considered a must visit for lunch by some, for dinner by others, not to mention the bar for long evenings and DJ sets.
As far as the hotel goes, there is a wealth of choice, from the mini room to the duplex; the Clarins spa and the beautiful pool are adored by the happy few.

The most beautiful hotel in the world has reopened after four years of restoration. Going beyond its own legend, the Parisian palace paid a wonderful tribute to French fine arts with a project conducted by Cyril Vergniol.
Occupying a total surface of 16.740 sqm. and seven floors, the hotel comprises lounges, restaurants, rooms and suites, complete with a new pool and a spa facility.
‘Each room was unique, we had to play with moldings and volumes. We were lucky to have benefited from the multiplicity of skills offered by arts and crafts in France, whether it is the passementerie work by Verrier, mirrors with gold leaf patina from Atelier Higué, door handles by Maison Fontaine who specially created the nickel champagne hue for the hotel, silk and wood tapestry by Sabine de Gunzburg’ Cyril Vergniol enumerates.
The prestigious suites on the first floor were designed by Karl Lagerfeld who pays a subtle homage to Marie-Antoinette with touches of shagreen, gadrooned marble, wool velvet, handmade embroidery, and bespoke furniture.
Le Bar des Ambassadeurs now occupies the location of the eponymous restaurant decorated by Chahan Minassian who created a very cosy place as he did with Le Jardin d’Hiver teamed up on with landscape architect Louis Benech.
The gastronomic restaurant, the brasserie, the Cigar lounge and the Cognac shop were designed by Tristan Auer.
The new spa Sense offers authentic rituals by French brand EviDenS. It is the creation of a lover of beauty who wished to honor the delicate beauty of Japanese women and blends Japanese excellency with French lifestyle.
‘We imagined the project as if the place still belonged to the Crillon family, with each generation since the 18th century, safeguarding the best to pass on to the next one’, Cyril Vergniol explains.

Le Roch is a chic and muffled affair designed by Sarah Lavoine who is in her element there.
The restaurant is bathed in light thanks to its huge canopy. Young two Michelin starred Chef Arnaud Faye is in charge.
The hotel has 37 rooms including four suites designed as small Parisian apartments for which Sarah Lavoine chose the colour palette, hunted for antiques and designed furniture.
Downstairs is a beautiful pool and a Codage spa. Sunny days are for enjoying the patio and the terrasse.
